Finding a Home Within

Today is my first day in Austin, Texas, with the intention of relocating here. Already I feel some of my deeper triggers emerging. A big one is around feeling at home within.
Internal comfort is the all-consuming struggle of my life. Initially I looked to places and people, moving every 6-12 months in a frustrating search for belonging in communities, activities and even jobs. Each failure deepened the realisation that my deepest desire lies within. My arrival in Austin is driving the point home (pun intended).
"A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval. There is nothing more satisfying than that sense of being completely 'at home' in your own skin. When you achieve that as a natural state of 'being', then you can finally look beyond yourself and fully contribute all your talents to the world." Mark Twain
A direct consequence of my move here is that I feel compelled to reframe the Effortless Living Project as first and foremost a call to take my internal alignment to the next level with the purpose of finally feeling a unshakable and foundational sense of internal well being. I am my first and most important client. The articles, blog, and offerings I will provide are in service of this primary goal.
